Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of availability. Any estimate or price becomes binding only when confirmed in writing or agreed at the time of service.

Text Message (SMS) Program & Consent

Program description: Signature Plumbing operates an SMS program for customers and prospective customers who opt in through a form on this website. We send two separate categories of messages, and you choose each one independently by checking its own box:

• Transactional / customer-care messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival updates, replies to a service request you submitted, quote and invoice follow-up, and — if you enter our giveaway — notification if you win.
• Marketing / promotional messages: seasonal maintenance reminders, service specials, discounts, and membership offers.

How to opt in: check the box for the message category you want on our service request form or our giveaway entry form. Both boxes are unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services, submitting a form, entering the giveaway, or receiving service from us. Providing your phone number by itself does not opt you in to text messages.

How to opt out: you may cancel at any time by replying or texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply or text HELP to any message.

Message frequency and cost: message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply, and any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Age restriction: our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you provided. Do not submit a mobile number if you are under 18.

Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change at any time.

Privacy: your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are not shared or sold to any third party. The only exception is the messaging provider we use to deliver the texts you requested, which processes your number solely to send those messages on our behalf.
