• Job applications: if you apply through our Careers page, we collect the information in your application and any resume or documents you upload.
• Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
• Phone calls: calls to or from us may be logged and, where permitted by law, recorded for quality and training.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. These tools may collect information such as your device, IP address, and on-site activity.

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential analytics and advertising cookies. We use Google Consent Mode, so if you decline, these cookies are not set. SMS / Text Message Program & Opt-In

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold or shared with any third party. The only exception is the messaging provider we use to deliver the texts you requested, which processes your number solely to send those messages on our behalf. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy.

We collect your mobile phone number only when you provide it to us, and we use it to send text messages only after you check a consent box on one of our forms. Consent is collected separately for two categories of messages, and each box is unchecked by default:

• Transactional / customer-care texts: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival updates, replies to a service request you submitted, and giveaway winner notification.
• Marketing / promotional texts: seasonal maintenance reminders, service specials, discounts, and membership offers.

You may opt in on our service request form or our giveaway entry form. Consent to receive texts is optional. It is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and it is never required to submit a form, enter the giveaway, or receive service from us. Providing your phone number by itself does not opt you in to text messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying or texting STOP to any message; we will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply or text HELP for help, or contact us at 916-223-7179 or office@signature-plumbing.com. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to receive service from us by phone or email.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers who help us operate our business and website — for example, our website host, form-submission and email providers, and analytics/advertising providers — who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.

• Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to any third party, other than the messaging provider that delivers the texts you requested on our behalf.

• Unsubscribe from text messages: reply or text STOP to any message from us at any time. You may also text HELP for assistance, or call or email us to be removed.

• Access, update, or correct your information: contact us and we will provide, update, or correct the personal information we hold about you.
• Delete your information: request deletion of your personal information and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.
• Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies: decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, or clear your site data for signature-plumbing.com and reload the page to change your choice.
